In her early childhood, Dr.Rosy was deeply fascinated by a film about robots, in which the robots were no longer the emotionless tools. Instead, they became friends that could interact with human and became their companions. Interestingly, this life-long fascination has accompanied her all the way up to the present days. Ultimately, she has turned her dream into reality.
From her days in university to her doctorate research period, Dr. Rosy has been concentrating all her energy on the technical research of robots and accumulated precious experience in some well-known technical enterprises on auto-driving and robotic science. Presently, she has established Raygen Innovation, aspiring to lead robots out from their hatching labs into broad daylight, becoming a part of peoples’ life.
Raygen Innovation focuses on enabling robots’ quick adaption to changing environments and acceleration of their technological application. We expect that robots serve not as tools only, but also become a part of our families closely interacting with the other family members, melting into the cozy family life.
We always adhere to the dream that every child shall be able to hug a robotic friend in future. This is not merely a scientific breakthrough, but more a great longing for a bright future. Responsible for the development and optimization of data-driven AI algorithm models. He has rich experience in building perception systems and training AI models. CVPR author, developed algorithms that achieved SOTA advanced level. Has delivered multiple landing algorithms in autonomous driving companies.

Project Delivery Manager
Responsible for delivering enterprise client requirements and implementing motion planning algorithms. Possesses extensive experience in the mass production of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), with a strong background in R\&D management accumulated at autonomous driving companies such as BYD.
